Application installation
- Check product and hosting requirements.

Simple Perfex add-on installation is covered in the documentation. If you need help, we agree on the exact work first.
Server and application setup
- Check and configure PHP and required extensions.
- Database, permissions and domain.
- HTTPS, scheduled jobs and email where required.
- Install the application and perform final checks.
Scope depends on the application and available environment. Hosting, third-party licenses and custom changes are agreed separately.
How booking and delivery work
1. Send your request
Choose “Request a quote” and email the product and version, whether this is a new installation or an upgrade, your domain, hosting and required work. No website account is needed. Do not attach passwords.
2. Receive a written quote
We check the requirements and send a written quote stating included and excluded work, total cost with tax details, estimated timing, payment method and payment stages. Any paid preliminary technical assessment is agreed before it takes place.
3. Confirm the work
Accept the quote by email. We agree on a date and arrange the payment or deposit stated in the quote. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment. Service payment is separate from the software license and uses the agreed method.
4. Prepare access and a backup
After agreement, we arrange secure temporary access limited to the necessary systems. We confirm who creates the backup and, for an existing application, the permitted maintenance window. Do not send credentials in the initial enquiry.
5. Complete and check the work
We perform the agreed installation or configuration and check operation. Additional changes, data migration or issues outside the quote are discussed before any extra work or charge.
6. Deliver and remove temporary access
We send a summary of completed work and checks. You confirm delivery, any balance is settled as agreed, and the relevant billing document is provided. Temporary access is removed. Follow-up assistance is covered as agreed.
What to know before booking
The service is optional and does not buy or replace a software license. Hosting, domains, third-party licenses, data migration, new feature development and ongoing maintenance are not automatically included. There is no online appointment system or automatic service purchase: each engagement is confirmed by email and a written quote.
If requirements change or work needs to be postponed, contact us before work begins. Cancellation, rescheduling and post-delivery assistance terms are stated in the quote.
